In this course, students perform a series of hands-on exercises involving ten Use Cases - Executives, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, HR, Operations, Communications, Customer Service, and Legal. These exercises focus on using Copilot in various Microsoft 365 apps (such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and so on) to complete a series of common business-related tasks pertaining to each Use Case.

• Basic familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps and services.
• Access to Microsoft Copilot and the Microsoft 365 apps used in the exercises.
• Some exercises require a Microsoft 365 Copilot license. Agent Builder capabilities and agent availability depend on the licenses and admin settings configured for your organization.
• Access to Microsoft OneDrive to store and share files used in the exercises.
• A basic understanding of Copilot.
